- ASTM A106 is Standard Specification for Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe for High-Temperature Facility.
- A106 is a similar pipe in chemical composition but is intended for high-temperature service (up to 750 Degrees F). It is a seamless pipe.
- This specification covers seamless carbon steel pipe for high-temperature service in NPS 1/8 to NPS 48 [DN 6 to DN 1200] inclusive, with nominal (average) wall width.
